Q: Where are you based?

A: We are based in Lahore, Pakistan, but happily travel nationwide to capture weddings and events wherever your story takes us.

Q: How much in advance do we need to book you?

A: We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to secure your dates, especially during peak wedding season.

Q: What’s the booking process?

A: Meet us in person or book an online consultation to share your story, your vision, and the little details that make your event special. You can also fill out the booking form in our contact tab, and our team will get back to you within a 2-3 days.

Q: What are your package prices?

A: Our packages are fully customizable to match your requirements and the scale of your event. Pricing starts at 100k per day, covering all key aspects of your celebration.

Q: Do you cover weddings outside the city?

A: Absolutely! We love traveling and are happy to capture your wedding anywhere your story takes us.

Q: What deliverables are included in your package?

A: Our standard package includes edited photos, one album, highlights and one wedding film. Edited photos are delivered within two weeks, albums within two months (after your selection), and the wedding film within 4-5 months.

Q: How do we receive our data?

A: All files are delivered via Google Drive for easy access. You can also provide us with your personal hard drive to receive the complete raw & edited data.

Q: How long are your films?

A: At Team Studio Husnain, we focus on creating films that beautifully capture every aspect of your event while keeping them engaging and timeless. The duration depends on the scale of your event, but our standard wedding highlights are usually 4-5 minutes long and wedding films are 10-30 minutes long, designed to be watched and cherished with your loved ones again and again.

Q: How many team members will cover our wedding?

A: Our team size depends on your requirements and the scale of the event. We have a talented team of 10 professionals, each trained in the same style and assigned specific roles, ensuring every special moment is captured perfect

Q: Can we hire another team along with you?

A: We generally recommend hiring a single team so the event can be covered seamlessly and responsibly in a comfortable environment. However, if you’d like to book another team alongside us, we suggest clearly assigning separate roles to avoid overlap and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Q: Besides photography and videography, are there any additional costs?

A: Yes. Travel, food, and accommodation for our team members are covered by the client unless included in a package deal. Clients also provide hard drives for final data delivery. Any extra days or hours of shooting beyond the contract are charged separately at the agreed rates. Rest assured, there are no hidden costs.

Q: Who will be our main point of contact during the wedding?

A: The Wedding Director or Director of Photography will be your primary point of contact, coordinating with the couple and event planner on all photography and videography needs. From your side, we recommend appointing one dedicated person—usually a sibling or close friend, to help with smooth coordination throughout the events.

Q: Are there any requirements for venue or stage setup to ensure the best photo and video results?

A: Yes! Good lighting is the foundation of great photography and videography. We recommend using natural or neutral lighting instead of tinted hues, and ensuring the stage is well lit, especially for evening events.

Q: What is copyright, and can you use our images on social media?

A: By default, the copyright of all photos and videos rests with us, which allows us to share them on our social media. If you prefer your images/videos to remain private, please let us know at the time of signing the contract.

Q: What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?

A: We understand that every situation is unique, and we do our best to find a fair solution. Please note that advance payments are non-refundable, except in cases of natural calamities or financial crises. In the event of rescheduling, a 25% fee of the booked package will apply.
